Watch: Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui Has Fierce One-Word Response to ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Elimination

Lauren Jauregui reacted to her Dancing With the Stars elimination like a boss.

The Fifth Harmony alum and her partner Brandon Armstrong were shockingly eliminated during the Sept. 30 episode of the competition after hitting the dance floor on TikTok Night.

After falling short of combined votes and the judges’ scores, which landed the duo alongside Andy Richter and Elaine Hendrix in the bottom three, host Alfonso Ribeiro announced Lauren’s elimination to audible shock in the ballroom.

When asked how she was feeling, the 32-year-old simply responded: “Pissed.”

However, that didn’t stop her from praising her partner.

“Honestly, I’m so grateful to have had you as a partner,” she said to Brandon as they shared a hug. “Thank you so much.”

After the show, the “Sledgehammer” singer further elaborated on her feelings.

“Hi everyone, you already know your girl’s a Cancer, so I’ve been crying non-stop,” she said in a Sept. 30 Instagram Story. “I just wanted to say thank you to everybody who voted and for all the beautiful messages that I’m seeing online. I love you guys.”

“I wish I could tell you to vote but I can’t anymore,” she continued. “I hope you enjoyed the dance. I wish I could have left you guys with a better one. We had something beautiful planned next week. So, I’m really bummed that we can’t show you guys that. Alas it is what it is and I’m so grateful for the experience. So, thank you guys for tuning in.”

Lauren and Brandon’s final dance included a Cha-Cha routine set to Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home.” After taking the stage, Lauren—who scored an 18 out of 30—gushed about having the support of her bandmates Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Normani as well as their choreographer Sean Bankhead offstage as she reimagined their viral hit.

“It’s amazing that nine years later that this song is still going crazy,” Lauren told hosts Alfonso and Julianne Hough before adding of the group, “They’re the best. Thank you, girls, for being here. I love you.”

The remaining stars and their partners will bring the magic on the dance floor for Disney Night. Until then, keep reading for more on DWTS’ season 34 cast…
