Teresa Giudice isn't letting anything get in the way of her namaste.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star became the second celebrity to quit Special Forces: World's Toughest Test during the intense Fox reality competition series' Oct. 2 episode.
Teresa was pushed to her limits on day two of season four when the 17 remaining recruits were tasked with participating in milling, a physical combat exercise in which two opponents have to aggressively punch each other in the head for a fixed period of time to test their courage and endurance.
When it came time for the Bravolebrity's daughter Gia Giudice to face off against former U.S. soccer pro Christie Pearce Rampone, Teresa bowed out of the competition once and for all.
"I'm withdrawing," the 53-year-old announced mid-exercise. "I can't see you fight. You got this. Love you guys."
In a confessional, Teresa elaborated of her swift decision, "I'm not a quitter, but it's going to be hard for me to not be able to step in if Gia's in a vulnerable position. I just want to protect her."
Gia successfully held her own while weaving and jabbing against Christie, with the show's training directors calling the stars' efforts in the challenge "valiant." However, on the drive back to base camp, Gia struggled with being separated from her mom.
"Part of me wants go," the 24-year-old admitted, "but part of me is like, 'Don't do that.'"
Teresa's departure was even more unsettling for Gia given her parents' past prison sentences for fraud and tax crimes.
"My family trauma growing up was my parents went away for a little bit," Gia explained in a confessional. "So, I think that is my one trigger."
But Teresa wasn't the only season four star who left the competition during day two. Fellow Real Housewives alum Eva Marcille cracked under pressure during the milling challenge and opted to skip the exercise entirely.
The decision signaled red flags to trainer Mark Billingham, who noted to his fellow directors, "Number 15, I don't think she's in a place for us to take forward. For her own safety really and for the course integrity."
Mark then broke the news to Eva by telling the Bravo alum, "I've watched you close. The course is gonna go like that. Physically and mentally and for your safety, I don't believe it's for you. And now, I'm going to take your armband. Do you understand what I'm telling you? Get off the course."
