Watch: Heidi Klum Reveals Look at Spooky “Beginning” of Epic Halloween Costume

The Queen of Halloween is almost ready for a scare.

Heidi Klum teased a look at her upcoming Halloween costume, and like her other gnarly outfits over the last two decades, the details are impressively intricate so far.

In her Oct. 1 Instagram post, the 52-year-old shared a 3D mold of her face and wrote, “This is just the beginning.”

Though she didn’t hint at what ghoul she’s supposed to be, there’s one dramatic feature that pops out: her lower lip is completely gone. The Project Runway host also tagged her go-to prosthetic designer Mike Marino, who’s the mastermind behind her 2024 E.T. costume with husband Tom Kaulitz, in the photos.

And true to her love for the spooky season, Heidi later posted a compilation of all the costumes she’s worn since she started her Halloween bash in 2000. She left no look untouched, ranging from her gory alien attire to her iconic transformation into a worm.

Heidi’s behind-the-scenes post comes nearly a month after she first hinted at her new costume. Though she kept the details vague, the model—who shares kids Leni, 21, Henry, 19, Johan, 18, and Lou, 15, with ex Sealpromised that she’s committed to scare everyone.

“Of course, I’m going to do my Halloween party. I’m hard at work already,” Heidi explained during her August 6 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “Ooo, I’m gonna be extra ugly and super scary. Let’s not ruin it. We have exactly 86 days, but who’s counting?”

She also reflected on her early costumes that didn’t require any prosthetics—including the all-black leather outfit she wore to her first Halloween party—and how she’s elevated her costume game since then.

“Well, this is boring,” she joked. “I was like, ‘I’m Heidi. I’m going to do a Heidi-themed dirndl-type thing in patent leather.’ But I had to do my own hair and makeup. I didn’t know anyone at the time who does special effects makeup. But over the years, I’ve met amazing people and they help me now.”
