Keith Powers and Ryan Destiny are taking the next step.
In a joint Oct. 5 Instagram post, the actors announced their engagement with a series of romantic pics. The carousel includes pictures of Ryan, 30, flashing her ring for the camera as she shares an embrace with her now-fiancé, and a shot of the pair hugging through a window.
Alongside the pics, the pair wrote, “engaged to the love of my life.”
Giving the world a closer look at their love—which began in 2018—Ryan and Keith’s at-home-themed photo shoot included pics of them smiling which sitting together and eating takeout, Ryan grinning as Keith lifts her in the air, and showing PDA for the camera.
The comments section of their heartwarming post was filled with congratulatory messages from friends including Lori Harvey who wrote, “Omg omg omg!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!” and Chloe Bailey who gushed, “I love you guys sm.”
Keith’s Uglies costar Joey King couldn’t help but compliment the pair on their engagement photos writing, “You guys!!!!! These pictures!!!! “Congratulations.”
And indeed, the happy couple took the time to thank everyone for their messages as they marveled in their news.
“Thank you for all the beautiful messages and love,” Keith, 33, wrote on his Instagram Story Oct. 5. “Truly. A whirlwind of love all around.”
As for Ryan, she offered a shoutout to the photographers for “going on a literal quest with us.”
“Not your normal engagement shoot,” The Fire Inside star wrote. “Some of the most patient, kind, talented & beautiful humans I know. Appreciate you so much.”
The news of Ryan and Keith’s engagement comes three years after their initial split in 2022. However, they confirmed they rekindled their relationship earlier this year with Ryan gushing about her boyfriend’s support.
“I just love him so much and I just appreciate him every step of the way,” Ryan told People in February. “He's such a cheerleader for me, as I am for him. It just means everything.”
Keith echoed Ryan’s sentiments as he gushed about his longtime love months later.
“It’s just like we’re so locked in and we just get each other’s jokes and it’s just easy,” the Perfect Find actor shared to People in May.
“We just flow honestly,” he added. "And she teaches me a lot. I don’t know if I teach her stuff, but she teaches me so much. She’s made me a better artist, so it’s been great.”
