Jodie Turner-Smith never misses an opportunity to take her daughter to set.
The 39-year-old gave rare insight into life as a mom to her and ex Joshua Jackson's little girl Juno, 5, detailing how they spend time together while she is filming.
"I always bring her, and she was able to come and see, and that's honestly the best part of it," Jodie exclusively told E! News' Will Marfuggi at the Los Angeles premiere of Tron: Ares Oct. 6. "Not just my little one. One of the most amazing things about this job and this career is that I can share the amazing things I'm doing with my family."
As for whether Juno will follow in her and the Dawson’s Creek alum's footsteps to become an actor? "I mean, who knows what she'll do,” Jodie admitted. “The world is absolutely her oyster."
"But it's important for a young girl to see her mother, a woman, living her dreams and loving that, and loving her job," the Queen & Slim star continued. “I think it's important for little girls to see women being fulfilled. And that's all I choose to model for my daughter, fulfillment."
And Jodie is prepared to be her no. 1 fan in any career. As Jodie gushed to E!, "She's gonna be up to so much cooler stuff than what I'm doing."
Though, these days, Juno’s heart appears to be in fashion. Indeed, earlier this year, Jodie shared a sweet clip of her daughter hyping her up before she left the house for a Tory Burch event.
"Before i drove off, my daughter said ‘remember: BE FASHION,'" the actress wrote in the caption of her May 14 Instagram post. "Did i hit the target, @toryburch?"
But before Juno reaches her career path, she’s continuing to make major strides academics-wise as she heads into her first years of school.
"She's been reading since she was three, so she already hit that milestone," Jodie told E! News in March. "She's about to go to kindergarten. I mean, that's a big milestone."
"I kind of want to cry," the Anne Boleyn star continued, "but I'm also very excited for her growing up, because I just need to get to hang out together more."
