Barbara Palvin is a “particularly tough cookie.”
At least that’s what her husband Dylan Sprouse said when he detailed the injury she powered through to walk the runway at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
“She broke her foot four weeks ago,” Dylan told E! News Oct. 15 in an exclusive interview on the event’s pink carpet. “She's got a foot that's recovering, which is very funny to me.”
He added, “The adrenaline's gonna kick on and she's gonna walk just fine, but I am nervous at the same time for her.”
But according to the Suite Life star, Barbara—who tied the knot with Dylan in 2023—is a “beast” and doesn’t get psyched out easily.
“She's very nonchalant about everything,” the 33-year-old continued. “She’s just like, ‘Ah, well, today's the day.’ I'm like, ‘But you've trained for months. Don't you get stage fright?’”
And while the Disney Channel alum was sure to show up for Barbara all day—in addition to attending the show, he saw her off in the morning and chatted with her on FaceTime in the afternoon—he also used the event as an opportunity to raise awareness about endometriosis, for which his wife underwent surgery in June.
“I brought this endometriosis awareness pin because Barbara just went through endosurgery,” he shared. “She was so strong to go through that herself.”
Plus, as the couple discovered, there’s not “a lot of awareness” about endometriosis.
“Once she posted about it, turns out a ton of people reached out to her, a ton of women who had experienced the same things,” Dylan explained. “Some people were even reaching out and saying, ‘I didn't realize I had those symptoms until I got diagnosed [after] seeing you post about it.’”
He added, “So, I'm hoping that if this is even a small measure of something we can do, then I hope it helps.”
And Dylan’s attempt to raise awareness isn’t the only way he has been there for his wife.
"Dylan's been extremely supportive," Barbara told E! News leading up to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show about her surgery, "and helped me through the whole recovery process and everything."
