Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Cannon will always be Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s babies.
But, the teenagers certainly aren’t so little anymore. After all, The Masked Singer host recently shared a glimpse into his latest outing with the 14-year-olds, and they nearly tower over him.
“Last night was a Thriller @knottsscaryfarm The whole gang pulled up!” Nick wrote in an Oct. 20 Instagram post, alongside a snap of he and his eldest kids. “These two love scaring the [poop emoji] out of themselves!”
In the photo, Moroccan, who wore a silk bonnet, a black sweater and wide-legged jeans with Timberland boots, held up a peace sign and smized for the camera. Monroe, meanwhile, gave the camera a kissy face, as she sported a black hoodie with the hood covering her curls, a graphic T-shirt, light wash jeans and sneakers.
Nick—who is also dad to 10 younger children with five different women—was beaming in between the teens, sporting a New York Yankees cap and an all-black ensemble, complete with red and black basketball shoes.
And while the trio were surrounded by terrifying ghouls and goblins for the photo op, it was obvious they were much more focused on the joy of spending time together.
On his Instagram Story, the 45-year-old proved that Moroccan and Monroe may be getting older, but they still were spooked by the Buena Park fear attraction. In one video, his eldest son appears unfazed until he hears something that makes him flinch, allowing his twin sister to wrap her arm around him as they make their way down another corridor.
Another clip sees a spooky figure pop out of a mirror and Moroccan understandably shouts, “Oh shoot!”
Of course, the twins have recently proven they love to be scared. For their birthday in April, Nick shared insight into their lowkey party at The Basement, a horror-themed escape room in Los Angeles.
“Scary and mindblowing to say the least but Roc & Roe and their friends loved it!” Nick wrote in an April post recapping the occasion. “And they let the old man tag along as a chaperone!"
He gushed to his kids, “I love you guys with everything I got and beyond!”

However, just five months after the arrival of their son, Nick shared the devastating news that Zen had passed away from brain cancer. "Alyssa was just the strongest woman I have ever seen," he said on the Dec. 7 episode of The Nick Cannon Show. "Never had an argument, never was angry. She was emotional when she needed to be but was always the best mom and continues to be the best mom possible. So I've got to say thank you to my entire family but specifically to Alyssa."
"You never know what someone is going through," he added. "Hug your family. Kiss somebody. Tell them you love them."

Model Bre Tiesi welcomed her first child with Nick on June 28, 2022. The baby boy weighed 8 pounds and 10 ounces at birth.
"I did it. An all natural unmedicated home birth," Bre shared in a July 2022 Instagram post. "This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can't thank my team enough for delivering my son safely."

The model shared an Instagram video showing the Wild 'n Out star helping to deliver their baby. "Our lives are forever changed," she wrote. "Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us. He shows me signs everyday. I will hold onto this memory forever."
She continued, "I will remember the sound of Nicks voice saying 'it's a girl' and the look of everything we've been through flash across his face. I will remember the sound of her crying out with her first breath and feeling her heartbeat against mine. My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon!"
