Eric Decker and Jessie James Decker are one ride-or-die couple.

The country music star stuck by her husband's side as he exited Special Forces: World's Toughest Test season four after being injured in a brutal physical exercise during the Oct. 30 episode.

On day six of the Fox competition series, the remaining 10 celebrities faced their most intense challenge yet: A hardcore military task called "Murder Ball" in which the recruits physically battled each other over a ball in a mud pit to test their determination and grit. And Eric—who retired from the NFL in 2018—was excited to put his body to the test.

As Jessie noted in a confessional of the 38-year-old, "Eric hasn't had this kind of physical challenge since he's played football. I want him to have that time again."

But after giving it everything he had during several rounds against his costars—including Andrew East, Randall CobbMark Estes and Kody Brown—Eric injured his back by the end of the brutal exercise.

The exhausted father of four could barely walk back to basecamp after he noted he "popped" something.

Despite the agony, Eric, who was having painful back spasms, vowed to continue fighting in the competition.

"I'm gonna push myself 'til exhaustion," he said in a confessional. "My attitude and determination, I feel like, will push me through. I know it's going to be difficult. I'm gonna do it until my body says 'no.'"

Unfortunately, a visit to Special Forces' Dr. Andy Brown confirmed that his body had officially had enough.

As the doctor told Eric, "I'm concerned we can't inflict any more punishment on your hip. I don't think that we can really safely let you carry on."

And with that, Eric was forced to medically withdraw himself on day six, but not before noting, "I don't consider myself a quitter."

When he broke the news to his wife, Jessie didn't hesitate and replied, "I'm going with you."

The singer voluntarily withdrew herself to return home and support her injured husband.
