Halle Bailey and DDG are moving forward.

The former couple, who share son Halo, 22 months, agreed to dismiss the domestic violence restraining orders they sought against one another, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

In the filing, Bailey and DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) also agreed to have the temporary restraining orders currently in place dropped. However, they each reserved the right to revive their respective domestic violence allegations in the event of a future incident.

Additionally, the exes—who broke up in October 2024 after more than two years of dating—came to a temporary agreement on custody of Halo, with the Little Mermaid star having primary physical custody while DDG was awarded custody on Wednesdays as well as certain weekends. They also established a custody schedule for several upcoming holidays, per the docs.

The agreement also stipulated that neither Bailey, 25, nor DDG, 28, could share images of or information about Halo online. They also agreed not disparage one another in public or around their son, according to the filing.

E! News has reached out to reps for Bailey and DDG for comment but has not heard back.

The Chloe x Halle singer was temporarily granted sole physical and legal custody of Halo in May, along with a DVRO against her ex after accusing her ex of multiple cases of abuse, according to legal documents obtained by E! News at the time.

One month later, the rapper filed his own DVRO request—which was granted in part—where he denied Bailey’s allegations and alleged that she posed “an imminent emotional and psychological risk” to herself and their son, per an emergency motion obtained by E! News in June.

On his new song “17 More Years,” released Oct. 10, DDG seemingly alluded to his recent legal saga.

“I don't wanna fight no more, tired of the court dates / Lawyers gettin’ over on us, watchin' money go to waste,” the lyrics read. “We should all get together on his birthday, light the cake / If we talk, it'll get better, go ahead and drop the case.”

And while he did not mention Bailey or their son by name on the track, he appeared to extend an olive branch to the “Angel” singer.

“These judges judgin' me and I gotta stay calm,” the lyrics continued. “Still got respect for you, you are a good mom.”
