Elsie Hewitt is not laughing through her pregnancy.

The model—who is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Pete Davidson—got candid about her health struggles as an expectant mom, sharing that she's "been in pain since the very beginning and it's just getting worse and worse."

"I'm in absolute agony pretty much 24/7," Elsie said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories Nov. 14. "This morning, it's really bad."

The 29-year-old went on to share the many ways she's tried to "manage the pain," including exercise, stretches, physical therapy, acupuncture, energy healing and steroid shots.

"At this point, if you can think of something that there is to do about the pain, I have tried it," she bemoaned. "I have tried everything, and it's only getting worse and I cannot walk."

Elsie added, "I am just straight-up suffering and in so much pain every single day. I actually really don't know how it could get worse than this."

Noting endometriosis, a reproductive condition that she's struggled with for years, is "heavily linked" to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a group of inherited disorders that affects connective tissues, Elsie said it "makes sense" why she's feeling so much discomfort amid her pregnancy.

"So, I'm turning to Instagram because I would really like to speak to someone who has been through pregnancy and birth with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome," she continued. "Did your pain go away after? Does it get better? Am I gonna die?"

The Dave actress added, "I just really want to feel a little bit of hope."

This was not the first time Elsie opened up about her struggles with endometriosis. Previously, she shared her concerns over not being able to conceive due to the condition, in which uterine-like tissues grows outside the uterus.

"I was 100 percent convinced that I was infertile and not going to be able to have kids," Elsie told People in October. "A big part of why I opted for the surgery was, first and foremost, my symptoms, but second, to preserve my fertility or try to get to a place where I could sustain the chances of having a family one day."

And though her pregnancy hasn't been as smooth as she had though, she said that Pete—who she's been dating since early 2024—has been nothing but supportive.

"He's like, 'Stop, rest, calm down,'" she shared. "He takes the most amazing care of me."
