Sorry Gwyneth Paltrow, Apple Martin has possession of this dress now.
The 21-year-old accompanied her mom to the New York premiere of her new movie Marty Supreme Dec. 16, where she wore the same Calvin Klein Collection dress that the Oscar winner wore to the 1996 premiere of her film Emma.
Indeed, Apple was a spitting image of her mother in the sleek black dress with a scooped neckline. Just like Gwyneth did when she wore the dress nearly 30 years ago, Apple donned a loose top bun with the look and the only jewelry she wore were simply diamond stud earrings, letting the ensemble speak for itself.
The mother-daughter duo were also twinning at the Marty Supreme premiere, with Gwyneth rocking a black dress and chic updo as they posed alongside one another on the red carpet.
Also joining them? Gwyneth’s son Moses Martin, 19, who wore a preppy coat and tie ensemble with his shirt untucked. The Iron Man alum was all smiles while standing arm-in-arm with her two kids, who she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin.
And it wasn't just the Paltrow-Martin clan who made the premiere a family affair. Gwyneth's co-star Timothée Chalamet brought his mom Nicole Flender with him as his date for the evening, and the mother-son pair adorably matched in the actor's now-signature all-orange ensembles that he's been wearing while promoting the film, out on Christmas day.
Gwyneth's latest outing with her children comes as they each pursue college degrees. Moses is a student at Brown University, while Apple attends Vanderbilt. And settling into college life has certainly been an adjustment, given how famous their parents are.
As for Apple, she strives to strike a balance between pursuing some of her own interests while also following in her parents' footsteps.
"I’m a law, history, and society major, but I wish I would’ve taken—maybe I’ll take a theater course before I leave,” she revealed to Interview magazine in April. “It’s a fun balance between my very different extracurriculars and my major.”

“I would love to do theater because I adore it so much,” she added. “I’ve obviously never done film before, but I’ve been trying to get involved in student films. I was born a theater kid.”
