Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's private chef is pooshing the boundaries of holiday cuisine.

Celebrity chef Brooke Baevsky, known as Chef Bae on social media, shared a peek into the delicious yet health-conscious festive meal that she prepared for their blended family—which includes Kourtney's kids Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick, as well as Travis' son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana de la Hoya, 26, plus the couple's first child together Rocky, 2—from her Erewhon grocery delivery to cleanup.

To start, Brooke set a decorative place setting for each of the 10 guests, including a gluten-free gingerbread person wrapped in plastic and with a tag labeled with each person's name, a mini candy cane, a plate with Christmas tree designs and a paper menu for the evening with starters, mains and desserts listed.

Making Travis' "favorite matcha latte" before getting started on the appetizers, Brooke began prepping several options for each course, many of them being gluten and dairy-free—ensuring the meal is suitable for Kourtney, who hasn't looked back since she shared nearly a decade ago that she and her kids would be working to cut them out of her diet.

Starters included a citrus pear and fennel salad, butternut squash dip with twice baked chili maple sweet potato chips and chickpea focaccias that Brook shared were "so freaking cute" as Brooke showed how she cut them into the shape of Christmas trees decorated with cherry tomatoes and herbs.

After finishing up the starters, Brooke—who has amassed over half a million followers on both TikTok on Instagram as she documents cooking for celeb families like those of Adam SandlerSarah Michelle GellarEmma Roberts and so many more—shared the process of working on the main course, which included "herby chicken meatballs" made with a grain-free bread crumb mixture and served with roasted red pepper dip and "microgreens pesto," as well as plant-based pumpkin chickpea cakes with lemon aioli, which she noted were special for Travis. Plant-based mushroom meatballs were also served with a white bean puree.

For the sides, Brooke prepared roasted Japanese sweet potatoes over an herb aioli with chili oil, as well as lemon green beans with gluten-free crispy shallots.

Of course, Kourtney's younger kids got a special meal of their own: high-protein, gluten-free mac and cheese that was "broiled to perfection," which Brooke noted is their "favorite" dish.

As for dessert, the Christmas tree focaccias met their match with plant-based Santa hat bon-bons, which Brooke made using grain-free and dairy-free chocolate chip cookies that she noted "are to die for," which were then dipped in a dairy-free white chocolate shell with natural red coloring and topped with a round white sprinkle. In addition, she served a gingerbread spice cake topped with dairy-free brown butter salted maple caramel served with coconut whipped cream.

And while they might be Kardashians, they aren't too good for leftovers. Brooke shared how she placed all that was remaining at the end of the night into labeled containers for "meal prep goals for the week."
