Niacinamide, a form of Vitamin B3, is largely treated as a skincare cure-all. But the reality is, this trendy ingredient doesn't work for everyone.

While some people rely on niacinamide for everything from reducing redness, promoting hydration, softening fine lines, and treating acne, it can cause some people to turn red and even break out.

It doesn't mean you're definitely allergic to it, but it may mean that your skin is more sensitive to niacinamide. This can be especially common for people with rosacea, eczema, and compromised skin barriers.

If you've been noticing your skin turning red, stinging, or burning and use skincare with the ingredient "niacinamide" listed, you may want to stop using those products and turn to products that are niacinamide-free.

Luckily, there are a ton of niacinamide-free face washes, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, and face masks out there that won't irritate your face and will help you achieve the best skincare of your life!

We've tracked down 10 of them so you can rebuild your skin routine ASAP.
