The lawyer and social activist has tweeted on a range of subjects, from politics to fashion and just about everything in between.
But it wasn't really until Sunday night's tweet about Woody Allen that people started to really take notice.
Ronan wrote, "Missed the Woody Allen tribute - did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?"
Ronan then retweeted a Vanity Fair article which included quotes from his sister Dylan Farrow, who alleges that she was sexually abused as a child by the famous director. Allen has denied any allegations of abuse for decades and a judge found that the sex abuse charges were inconclusive.
And while he does have celebrity friends—like Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Selena Gomez, to name a few— he's been known to throw some serious shade at public figures regardless of how well he knows them.
