Watch: Scott Foley Talks "Daddy Duties" for 3-Week-Old Newborn

While we can dream of Scandal's Jake Ballard all day long because he's technically single, we know actor Scott Foley is unavailable (ugh!). Foley, whose wife just had their third child, a boy named Konrad, talked to E! News all about fatherhood and how life has changed since his family has grown.

"Third time around is different because there are now two. We're outnumbered...now there's always an odd man out," Foley said while lying in bed on top of Charisma sheets—swoon!

"The other two...are excited to be a big brother and big sister, but they're a little jealous of the attention the baby demands."

Who wouldn't be jealous of a person getting Foley's attention?!

But the parents seem to have the whole parent thing down. Foley dished that he and his wife, Marika Dominczyk, since have realized "how horrendous the first year is" and learned how to divvy up the nighttime duties—pun totally intended! Although the pair is lucky with baby Konrad because the former Felicity star revealed that he's a pretty good sleeper!

"There's no need for both of us to be awake when he's awake," Foley explained. "So now I'm sleeping through it!"

But Foley says there's a consolation prize for all of his wife's hard work—nice Charisma sheets!

"She deserves nice sheets," he joked.

No surprise there, as he is a self-proclaimed "sheet man."

As for his son's name—"Konrad with a k"—well, there's a backstory to the interesting choice! Foley's mother's name is Constance and his wife is Polish where they spell everything with a "c" with a "k." As an actor with a passion for movies, Foley chose the name Conrad from Ordinary People for his son, but made it Polish!
