It seems like everywhere you look is more beautiful than the next. We like to daydream we live in Versailles, but we'd also happily squat in the museums, the parks, the chapels or even a cemetery. Every single location is an Instagram-worthy moment.
The Language
Why is it that everything in French just sounds so much sexier? You can say anything—literally anything at all—and we are immediately in love. Even "fromage," the French word for cheese sounds kind of sexy. Or maybe that's just our love of cheese talking...
The Sweets
We understand that this is a division of food, but the desserts deserve to have their own category on this list. While the crepes alone would justify the purchase of a plane ticket, it's the French macarons that really have our heart (and our sweet tooth). A box of Ladurée macarons would make a perfect treat anytime of day.
The Fashion
Paris is arguably the chicest city in the world. Legendary designers Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, Céline and Yves Saint Laurent all hail from there. So naturally it's no surprise that Kim has selected her bridesmaids dresses at a Parisian shop.
The Eiffel Tower
Look, we get it. The Eiffel Tower is a little cliché, but we don't care. Whether you're at the top of the tower or looking up at it while enjoying a picnic in the park, it's still one of the most romantic places on earth.
The Romance
A place doesn't just get the nickname "City of Love" for nothing. There's just something so sparkling and magical about France. Being in the country makes you want to grab the person next to you and give them a kiss.
