Sarah Michelle Gellar received her first (Daytime) Emmy nomination in 1994, for Outstanding Younger Leading Actress for All My Children. She didn't attend until the 22nd Annual Daytime Emmys in 1995 though, when she won.

Rob Lowe has actually only been nominated for one Emmy: Best Actor for The West Wing in 2001. He attended his first ceremony in 2000 though and looked the exact same as he does now.

Lost started earning (and winning) tons and tons of Emmy awards in 2005. Evangeline Lilly attended her first Emmys that same year. She has never been nominated for a solo Emmy.
Matthew Fox
Meanwhile, her Lost costar got a jump-start and attended his first ceremony in 2004, but it wouldn't be until 2010 that he'd recieve a solo Emmy nomination for Best Actor.

The actor was first nominated for an Emmy in 1988, for Supporting Actor for Cheers. He didn't win until 1994 though, the first year he was nominated for Best Actor in Fraiser.

Likewise, Alley earned her first Cheers nomination in 1988 and finally won—for Lead Actress—in 1991.
Mary Tyler Moore
Mary Tyler Moore attended her first Emmys, the 16th Annual Emmy Awards, in 1964. It was also the first year she won an Emmy, for Outstanding Continued Performance by an Actress on The Dick Van Dyke Show. She's been nominated for a dozen or so Emmys since then, and won about half!
