Best: Outlander
Starz, you are so clever! By changing just a few small things from the previous poster for this hit show, Claire goes from damsel in distress to fierce heroine, her husband Frank turns into his villainous ancestor Black Jack, and Jamie goes from wanting Claire to wanting to help keep Claire safe from Black Jack. Is the Droughtlander over yet?!
Best: Game of Thrones
HBO's poster is dark, it's epic, it's mysterious...and it's got dragons! You can't argue with dragons. Dragons win every time. Plus, is that Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) coming face-to-face with one of Dany's (Emilia Clarke) dragons?! Are we finally going to get the scene we've been waiting years for?!
Worst: Secrets and Lies
Did he or didn't he...put you to sleep with this new ad for the ABC drama?
Best: The Last Man on Earth
Just like the new sitcom itself, the ad campaign for Will Forte's starring vehicle was so original.
Best: Fresh Off the Boat
We loved the ABC fresh take on a classic, "American Gothic," for the sitcom about a Taiwanese family trying to make their American dream come true in the '90s.
Worst: The Messengers
Listen, we love to ogle hot bods, especially on the CW, but you literally have no idea what the new drama is about from this. At all.
Best: American Horror Story: Freak Show
Never a disappointment when it comes to promos, the first look at the FX anthology hit's fourth outing is a visual delight, filled with teases and clues about the new season. And Kathy Bates has a beard! And Angela Bassett has three boobs! Well played, Ryan Murphy. Well played.
Worst: Supernatural
Dude, Dean is a freakin' demon and this is the best you could come up with, CW?! Recycled photos and a half-assed tagline? Side-eyeing you so hard right now.
Best: Once Upon a Time
This poster, teasing the debut of Frozen's Queen Elsa, gave us chills in the best possible way.
Best: The Mindy Project
Fact: this poster could literally not be more adorable, and completely captures the show, and the couple, perfectly. More like so right it's right.
Best: Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
While many people won't get that this is a poster for S.H.I.E.L.D. at first glance, it plays into the underground feel of the gang in season two, making viewers feel like they are in on one of TV's coolest secrets.
Worst: The Blacklist
Why oh why is one of last season's buzziest new shows of the year using fake magazine covers to promote its return?! Especially ones that really do not gel with the NBC drama's tone at all?! Baffling.
Best: Revenge
Game of Thornes! While ABC is still recycling Emily's dress of thorns from season one, they won us over by now having Victoria don her own gown as well, teeing up a major narrative switch for the upcoming season. Revenge has never looked so good!
Best: Red Band Society
Playing into the show's stereotypes, Fox totally nailed the perfect tone when it came to The Breakfast Club-meets-Glee drama. Bonus points for the choice of font…an undervalued, but oh-so-important competent of any poster. (Not about that Comic Sans life.)
Best: Stalker
Eerie and effecting, the poster totally captures the idea that anyone can be watching you at any time. Quick, someone turn the lights on!
Worst: Mysteries of Laura
Just a world of no. Debra Messing, you deserve better...and so do we.
