Mirrorball, mirroball, who's the most risqué of them all?
With Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson's costumes getting oh-so-much attention this season on Dancing With the Stars, and her father, Willie, having final approval of all her looks, we decided a walk (or shimmy) down memory lane was in order to figure out which of the ABC hit's other contestants were just as concerned with covering up.
Of course, in our search, we discovered that just as many ladies were into showing off their enviable assets, leading us to rank DWTS' duds, from most chaste to most risqué! #1 may surprise you....
MOST COVERED UP: 24. Bristol Palin
All you need to know is that girlfriend rocked a gorilla suit in order to keep covered up during her time on DWTS. We repeat: A. Gorilla. Suit. Words fail us, but fortunately, a picture can speak a thousand words.
23. Zendaya
At 16, the Disney star was the show's youngest-ever contestant, with her outfits, thankfully, reflecting that. Kudos to the DWTS' costume designers for always making sure Zendaya looked cute and classy, but never boring!
22. Marie Osmond
More infamous for fainting in the ballroom, Osmond's gowns were always demure and sophisticated, which can somtimes be a little boring by comparison.
21. Leah Remini
Remini, best known for The King of Queens and, let's face it, being Jennifer Lopez's BFF, was the picture of elegance when she entered the ballroom. Seriously, she looked like she belonged in a Fred Astaire film, especially in the gorgeos gown pictured.
20. Candace Cameron Bure
As a devout Christian, the Full House star was extremely involved in he costumes for the show, even nixing the idea of partner Mark Ballas dancing shirtless. "My life revolves around my relationship with Jesus Christ, so with the overall tone of the dance or the costumes, I'm not going to take a backseat," she said. "My voice will definitely be heard,"
19. Melissa Joan Hart
Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Melissa & Joey star walked the line between modern and modest perfectly during her stint in the ballroom.
18. Hope Solo
While there's been drama surrounding her time on DWTS since her exit, the two-time Olympic gold medalist soccer player wasn't afraid to bring the drama in the ballroom with bold yet tame-by-comparison ensembles.
17. Ali Raisman
The Olympic gymnast always managed to look cute during her time on DWTS, with all of her time spent wearing leotards over the years clearly paying off.
16. Shawn Johnson
If we were judging this based solely on her first time on DWTS (which she won, BTW!), the Olympic gymnast would've placed higher. But when she came back three years later to compete on the All-Stars season, Johnson rocked way more sexy and revealing looks.
15. Kate Gosselin
Who knew Kate, without Jon and the 8, had it in her?! While she wasn't the best of dancers, Gosselin was, at the very least, willing to play along with the over-the-top costumes.
14. Melissa Gilbert
So long Little House on the Prairie, hello thigh-high slits!
13. Meryl Davis
The eventual winner's costumes were always the perfect balance of modest and revealing. Come on, how adorable is this '50s-inspired look?!
WALKING THE LINE: 12. Mel B
Not so scary? The former Spice Girl's ultra-sexy-but-still-classy costumes. Zig-a-zig-ah! (We just really wanted an excuse to say that again.)
11. Kendra Wilkinson
The Kendra on Top star competed on DWTS just a few months after giving birh to her first son, Hank Jr. Still, that didn't stop the E! personality from showing a bit of skin, though she's definitely worn less in the past. Plus, Wilkinson is remembered more for passing gas on the dancefloor than showing off her...something that rhymes with gas!
10. Jennie Garth
Beverly Hills, 9021-Oh my Kelly Taylor! Garth lost over 10 pounds during her time on the show, and was eager to show off her toned figure with revealing, yet classy, dresses.
9. Chelsea Kane
A former Disney darling, Kane, now starring on ABC Family's Baby Daddy, donned slightly more provocative attire than she did when she was on the family-friendly network on the Jonas Brothers' series, Jonas L.A.
8. Danica McKellar
Oh my Winnie! You know Kevin Arnold was definitely tuning in to check out McKellar (aka Winnie Cooper!) show off a whole new side of her personality. The Wonder Years star wasn't afraid to show a little skin, and with a figure like that, can ya blame her? You do you, Winnie. You do you.
7. Nicole Scherzinger
Scherzinger, who went on to win her season, looked super comfortable and at home in DWTS' notoriously skimpy costumes, thanks to her time as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls and on stage as a solo artist.
6. Stacy Keibler
The barely-there costumes George Clooney's ex rocked in the ballroom are pretty modest compared to what she wore when she was a WWE Diva. Also: Legs.
5. Maria Menounos
Hey, if we had a body like Menounos', we would've worn a whole lot less than the E! personality. Just bein' honest!
4. Kellie Pickler
The former American Idol alum and country singer was quick to show off her enviable abs and seriously toned arms when she competed with Derek Hough. Seriously, look at those gams. Dayum!
3. Joanna Krupa
The Real Housewives of Miami star was a famous model, so she's used to putting her bod in display...and display her bod she did when she came in fourth place.
2. Pamela Anderson
While the Baywatch babe wasn't the best dancer, she did put her, um, assets to good use both times she competed in the ballroom. (Anderson returned for the show's All-Stars season.) Still, she's not number one on our list...
