We picked the top five most standout scarlet gowns from this year's red carpet, but there were actually 13 stars (yup, we counted) who donned this season's most omnipresent color. We particularly fell for red gowns with shimmering accounts, like Allison Williams' dramatic Armani Privé confection.
Metallic Frocks
Our favorite trend of the night was also the blingiest: Reese Witherspoon, Diane Kruger, Julianne Moore and Dakota Johnson and even more leading ladies took to the carpet in shimmering floor-length gowns.
Winter White
Winter white continued to be a hot red carpet trend, and we can see why: The chic factor for these clean, floor-grazing numbers (we're particularly fond of Emily Blunt's version) is off the charts.
