As far as anybody knows, Nikki and Paulo are dead and gone after suffering Medusa spider bites and being buried alive in the sand at the survivors' beach, but we can't help but hope that Nikki, at least, makes a cameo appearance in season six.

Watros was a long-time holdout, but lo and behold, producers finally persuaded her to come back for season six and help resolve Libby's mysteries. Yay!
