NBC's midseason drama Emerald City is set to return viewers to the magical land. Centering on a 20-year-old Dorothy, who finds herself in Oz, the ambitious series is set to re-introduce iconic Wizard of Oz characters to fans, including the Wizard himself and more than a few witches.
