iZombie's Brains: Ranked
Aside from its fantastic cast, juicy mysteries, heart-pounding drama, there's one thing that really makes the CW's iZombie pop: Brains! Each week, Liv Moore (Rose McIver) eats the brains of murder victims to gain access to their memories and personality traits, meaning each week, Liv takes on a whole new challenge. Some are great, some are fine, and they're all here in our ranking of all the brains iZombie has ever eaten.
34. Jealous Girlfriend
Liv can't be perfect all the time, but she was particularly frustrating to watch on jealous girlfriend brain.
Season 2, Episode 8, "The Hurt Stalker"
32. Soldier for Hire
It was necessary for what Liv had to do in the season two finale, but that Janko brain wasn't particularly pleasant.
Season 2, Episode 19, "Salivation Army"
31. Pathological Liar
We'd by lying if we told you we hated Liv just making things up all day long, but it just wasn't as fun or as important story-wise as a lot of the other brains on this list.
Season 2, Episode 13, "The Whopper"
29. Alcoholic
This was just depressing after the death of Lowell, but it made sense at such a depressing point in the show.
Season 1, Episode 10, "Mr. Berserk"
28. Gang Member
Any brain that makes Liv suspicious of Clive is not our favorite brain.
Season 1, Episode 4, "Liv and Let Clive"
26. Agoraphobic Hacker
If only all angry internet trolls were secretly Olivia Moore...
Season 1, Episode 6, "Virtual Reality Bites"
25. Stripper
Sexy Liv is fun, but stripper Liv got a little bit weird.
Season 2, Episode 16, "Pour Some Sugar, Zombie"
23. Snarky Band Girl
RIP Theresa. The band member's death & subsequent impression by Liv was a bit overshadowed by the end of season two.
Season 1, Episode 13, "Blaine's World"
22. Sociopathic Hitman
Liv's slow discovery that she was on the brain of a sociopath and not a kind family man wasn't funny, but it did pair well with Liv trying not to deal with her new lot in life, all the way back at the beginning of season one.
Season 1, Episode 3, "The Exterminator"
20. Pregnant Woman
This one was somewhat devastating. The brain of a pregnant woman made Liv long for the life she now can't have, but it also brought her a little closer to her mom, which was nice until her mom mysteriously disappeared from the show.
Season 1, Episode 7, "Maternity Liv"
19. Artist
Liv the sensitive artist was way back at the beginning of season one, when Liv really needed some jazz and a hobby to give her some clarity on her new life. It was good then, but wouldn't be all that exciting now.
Season 1, Episode 2, "Brother, Can You Spare a Brain?"
17. Romanian Prostitute
An oldie, but a goodie. Liv's confusion at her ability to suddenly speak Romanian will never get old.
Season 1, Episode 1, "Pilot"
16. Drummer
Drummer brain was subtle but delightful in the midst of the chaos at the end of season two.
Season 2, Episode 18, "Dead Beat"
13. Country Singer
Any musical brain is a fun brain, and we wouldn't say no to Liv going a little bit country a little more often.
Season 2, Episode 4, "Even Cowgirls Get the Black and Blues"
