Apollo Nida

He was sentenced to eight years in prison and must be under supervised parole for five years after he gets out of federal prison. This is the second prison stint for Nida, who served five years in a federal prison for auto title fraud before marrying Parks in 2009.

In 2007, the former Simple Life star spent three days in jail after violating her probation. The heiress was originally sentenced to 45 days for driving with a suspended license. Upon leaving the jail, she was court ordered to wear a monitoring anklet for 40 days.
Lindsay Lohan
The former OWN Network reality star has been in and out of jail several times since 2007. In 2007, she spent 84 minutes in jail. In 2010, she did 14 days in jail and then another day in jail later that same year. In 2011, she spent a mere five hours in jail.
Martha Stewart
The TV personality was found guilty in March 2004 of felony charges of conspiracy, obstruction of an agency proceeding, and making false statements to federal investigators. In July 2004, a judge sentenced her to serve a five-month term in a federal correctional facility, which she entered into on Oct. 8, 2004. The domestic goddess was released from FPC Alderson on March 4, 2005.

Before getting his life sorted out, the former Laguna Beach star got into all sorts of trouble—drugs, DUI's, fights, arrests…you name it. Jason was arrested six times for drinking related issues. In 2007 he was sentenced to two months in jail for beating two men in Los Angeles. He did another stint in jail in 2010 stemming from a DUI arrest.

She was released early from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT., on Dec. 23, 2015. Her hubby is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
