Stephanie Seymour

If the women of Married to Rock were, say, peppers, they'd top the Scoville heat scale. But they're not alone. Take a look at some of rock's other scorchin' spouses.

California supermodel Seymour had a brief marriage to guitarist Tommy Andrews before getting involved with the likes of Warren Beatty, but her rock bona fides come from a stormy early ‘90s relationship with Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose. By the end, they couldn't even agree on how close they were: he said that they were engaged, while she claimed (in court papers, no less) that they never were.

Kate Hudson

The year that she won acclaim for playing a rock star's muse in Almost Famous, Kate Hudson landed the same gig offscreen when she married Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson. Face it: although the marriage to Robinson ended in 2007, the comic actress seems to be a better fit with musicians than she is with an athlete like Alex Rodriguez, where the relationship just seemed to tick off the Yankees.

Ali Hewson

Mrs. Bono isn't a supermodel or actress or anything, but she's known the U2 frontman since she was 14, they've been married for 28 years, she has degrees in political science and sociology, she founded an activist fashion label and a natural skincare company, and she's a patron of the Chernobyl Children's Project International, among other charities. Hot enough for you? ‘Cause it's hot enough for Bono.

Liv Tyler

Maybe Tyler's mom, Bebe Buell, really ought be on this list: she famously married Todd Rundgren, Coyote Shivers and Jim Wallerstein and had relationships with Steven Tyler (Liv's dad) and Elvis Costello, among many others. Her daughter isn't exactly following in mom's stiletto-steps (it's a different era, after all), but she was married to, and had a son with, bassist/vocalist Royston Langdon of the British band Spacehog. Oh yeah, and she's hot.

Jerry Hall

The Texas-born model and actress had one rock marriage, and broke up another: Mick Jagger's relationship with her was named as the reason for his 1978 divorce from Bianca Jagger. She and Mick never officially tied the knot, except in an informal Balinese ceremony in front of their kids and his chauffeur, but they stayed together for more than 20 years and had four children. Now she's a Levitra spokesperson.

Valerie Bertinelli

She spent much of her teen years growing up in prime time on One Day at a Time, met husband Eddie Van Halen at a 1980 Oklahoma City concert, and spent the next 20-odd years in the world of sex & drugs & rock & roll, not necessarily in that order. We assume that things are a little quieter now that she's a Jenny Craig spokesperson engaged to a financial planner.

Heather Locklear

The Melrose Place bad girl has spent 20 years married to a rock ‘n' roller—but it hasn't always been the same  rock ‘n' roller. After seven years with Tommy Lee, she embarked on a longer relationship with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. Though they divorced in 2007, they are apparent soulmates: in separate incidents in 2008, both pleaded no contest after being arrested for driving under the influence.

Barbara Bach

John married an artist, Paul a photographer and George a model—but Ringo was the only Beatle to land himself a Bond Girl when he and actress/model Barbara Bach met and fell in love on the set of the 1980 movie Caveman. The flick is terrible, but the marriage is still going. For extra rock-star-wife points, Bach's sister Marjorie married Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh two years ago.

Christie Brinkley

She was on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue for three consecutive years between 1979 and 1981, a feat that had never before been done. Four years later she married Billy Joel, which was something that had been done: it was the second marriage for each. They stayed together for nine years, one child and one big hit, "Uptown Girl," written by Joel and inspired by Brinkley.

Bianca Jagger

It has been suggested that one of the things that Mick Jagger found appealing about Bianca Perez-Morena De Macias is that she sort of looked like him—that for the prancing Stones frontman, a tryst with Bianca was the closest thing to making love to himself. But that's not fair to the jet-setting Nicaraguan actress-turned-activist, who was always much prettier than her hubby during their seven-year marriage.

Paulina Porizikova

When impossibly hot supermodels marry geeky-looking rock stars, the unions usually don't last. But not only are Paulina ‘n' Ric the ultimate hot/geeky combo, they're now in their 22nd year of marriage, and their 27th year of a relationship that began after she starred in the Cars video for the 1984 hit "Drive." It was probably the band's best video, and she was certainly the bandleader's best co-star.
