The Rhode Beauty founder debuted her chic new bob on her TikTok Jan. 21, slowly revealing the blunt chop as she panned the camera from her feet to her face. "Oops," she captioned the video, adding the knife, chef's kiss and haircut.
Hailey's transformation comes just weeks after she celebrated the length of her strands. "It's taken me 3 years to grow my hair out," she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. "Officially can do a ponytail with no extensions or clip ins."
