Blue Ivy Takes to the Stage
Aug. 11: Beyoncé actually wasn't crazy in love with the idea of her 11-year-old daughter dancing during her Renaissance World Tour. "I made a deal with her," the singer revealed in her recently released documentary, "and I said, 'If you practice and you show the commitment, I'll let you do one show.'" As Beyoncé saw it, "All the things that I had to go through—the obstacles I had to overcome—prepared me, and she hasn't had that struggle." Blue Ivy did get a taste, though, when fans critiqued her dancing. Thankfully, she's a survivor. Dedicating herself to mastering the moves, the tween shared, "I can see that the more I do it, the better I become."
