Bane, The Dark Knight Rises

One reason we love Bane (played by Tom Hardy in the final film in the Batman trilogy), is because his robotic voice harkens back to another classic character, Darth Vader. If Darth were jacked on roids and smashed people to death.

Pick a Zombie, The Walking Dead

The zombies from apocalyptic AMC hit are so dead serious about their evil reputation that before they fully transform, they must go through a rigorous education in zombie school. Looks like these guys passed with flying rotting colors.

Nina Sayers, Black Swan

Natalie Portman unsuspectedly scared the tutu off of us as she went through the most twisted mental journey, playing a ballerina who drives herself mad trying to become the Black Swan. What happened to our sweet girl? Who knows!

Alien, Alien

Originally seen in the 1979 classic and then spreading out over the galaxy—and fighting plenty o' Predators—these creatures are nothing but hungry. All the time. Good thing they have two mouths, eh? Now get away from us, you bitch!

Predator, Predator

Who hunts the Terminator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger? Well in the 1987 sci-fi hit, that'd be The Predator, an extra-terrestrial warrior with upgraded weaponry and the ability to mimic the human voice. And what appears to be dreads.

Eric Northman, True Blood

We're not sure whether we find this voracious Viking vampire sexier as a bad boy or when he reveals his secret softer side to Sookie Stackhouse. Well, actually we do know: Whenever Alexander Skarsgård is shirtless. That was easy!

Aidan McCollin, Being Human

Hell-o, nurse! Sam Witwer's bloodsucker isn't just another sexy vampire with a brooding love story. On the American version of Being Human, this 200-year-old vamp is a male nurse who doesn't suck at giving blood transfusions too.

Gollum, The Lord of the Rings

Andy Serkis plays the anything-but-precious Gollum (formerly known as Smeagol) in The Lord of the Rings series and prequel The Hobbit. As the former carrier of the One Ring, the creature is Middle Earth's most devious monster.

Jennifer Check, Jennifer's Body

Seeing the gorgeous Megan Fox play a gruesome, boy-eating cheerleader is sure to get anyone's attention. So how'd she get there? She's sacrificed by a devil-worshipping rock band, of course. That's horror courtesy of Diablo Cody!

Red Skull, Captain America

The Red Skull, played by Hugo Weaving, in Captain America: The First Avenger has the deathly combo to scare the socks off of even a superhero: A Nazi, for one, who becomes an experimental super soldier. With a gross red face.

Scott McCall, Teen Wolf

What do you get when you have an angsty, sort of awkward teen who also happens to transition during full moons? The most lovable werewolf this side of the Mississippi, that's what. And Tyler Posey isn't too bad on the eyes either.

Jacob Black, Twilight

Taylor Lautner's (overly) protective character in the Twilight series has so much going for him: rock-hard abs, a killer bod, rock-hard abs...well, actually that's pretty much it. And that still wasn't enough for Bella Swan, can you believe it?!

Regan, Bachelorette

You've heard of bridezillas...but what about bridesmaids-zillas?! Which is exactly what Kirsten Dunst's character is in this indie flick filled with sex, drugs and ruined weddings. Beware who you have plan your bachelorette party, ladies!

The Evil Queen, Snow White and the Huntsman

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the best monster of them all? One of the most wicked of witches gets a facelift in Snow White and the Huntsman couresty of Charlize Theron, with her glass-shattering screams and poison apples.
