10. Nick Nack, The Man With The Golden Gun
Before he was so lovable on ABC's Fantasy Island, Herve Villechaize was still very charming but working for someone way worse than Mr. Roarke…Christopher Lee! Plus, Nick Nack always just seemed so amused by Bond.
9. Ernst Stavro Blofeld
Played by several actors (Telly Savalas, On Her Majesty's Secret Service; Anthony Dawson, From Russia with Love; Charles Gray, Diamonds Are Forever; Donald Pleasence, You Only Live Twice), the infamous leader of SPECTRE is terrific in the films. But time (and Austin Powers) have made his look more a joke now.

At a mere 22 years old, the almost unrecognizable Benicio Del Toro played a hotheaded henchman of Robert Davi's evil drug lord.
7. Le Chiffre, Casino Royale
The perfect "old but new" baddie to reboot the series with, Mads Mikkelsen's Chiffre was adept at poker, indulged in torture but better than all of that he suffered a condition that made it appear like had blood tears.
6. May Days, A View To A Kill
Grace Jones upstaged the villainous Max Zorin (Christopher Walken) keeping Bond off his game with her killer fly-fishing skills and a requirement for any good villain, a fantastic maniacal laugh.
5. Oddjob, Goldfinger
A slice from his steel-rimmed bowler hat meant off with yer head. Naturally, Harold Sakata never speaks and is still a favorite bonus character in Bond videogames.
4. Elektra King, The World Is Not Enough
007 has tangled with some dangerous dames before but Sophie Marceau's Electra is truly evil. With Bond strapped to a chair, she comes this close to breaking his neck. And she looks way too happy about it.
3. Jaws, The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker
Richard Kiel's 7' 2" frame makes his impossible to ignore. His shiny dental work is frightening. But the moment he finds true love is perhaps the single weirdest moment ever in the whole series.
2. Auric Goldfinger, Goldfinger
"He's the man, the man with a Midas touch..." Gert Fröbe's baddie has got one of the best theme songs, one of the best films, and one of the most memorable kills.
1. Raoul Silva, Skyfall
What is it with goofy hairdos and Javier Bardem's more evil roles? With a foppish blonde do Silva is the most cunning, funny, and truly dangerous foe Bond has ever met. He'll be hard to top.
