Stephanie was arrested for drug possession after she allegedly overdosed on heroin in her dorm room at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. The charges have since been dropped due to a New York law that specifically prohibits prosecution of people who experience a drug overdose.

He pleaded guilty to two felony charges of driving under the influence and possession of a firearm by a felon.
