Prior to discovering she had powers, Cara was actually deaf and arrested when she accidentally killed a boy who tried to sexually assault her, which is when she first learned she had powers. After teleporting out of jail, she attempted to return home, only to be turned away from her father.

The final flashback montage at the end of the 300th episode featured evidence from all the the series' cases over the last 14 years and Catherine Willows returned.

Former angel Castiel had a very human first on the CW hit drama: He lost his virginity to April. Alas, it turns out she was a reaper and stabs Cas in the chest. With Cas on the verge of a dying, Ezekiel heals him, but forces Dean to choose between the former angel and Sam. Dean chose his little brother over his BFF, and Dean had to kick Cas out.
Sons of Anarchy
Tara made the biggest move in the war between her and Gemma yet, a move which got Jax to sign off on a restraining order against his mother. So how'd she do it? By convincing Jax that Gemma had attacked her, resulting in a miscarriage, when really Tara was never pregnant and put herself in the hospital.
New Girl
Schmidt revealed he's moving out of the loft to start the new chapter in his life on his own. Fortunately, he's moving just across the hall. Plus, his exit opens up a space in the loft for former roomie Coach, who returns in the hit sitcom's Nov. 5 outing.
S.H.I.E.L.D.
After Skye was accused of hacking the agency's files for Rising Tide, she tries to warn the real hacker, her friend-with-benefits Miles. Though the team is hesitant to believe her, Coulson gives Skye a second chance (though she's on probation) when she reveals the real reason she joined the S.H.I.E.L.D. team: She came across a redacted file when trying to find information on her parents!

Cami's twin brother Sean, a seminary student, killed himself and nine others in a church, a massacre which brought Cami to town searching for answers. In an emotional confrontation at Cami's house, Klaus compels her to forget that supernatural forces were behind her brother's tragedy, but promises to find the monster(s) responsible and make them suffer. And Elijah is back!

After Castle confronts Alexis about Pi living in the loft, she decides to move out. Meanwhile, a (maybe) crazy man named Simon claims to Castle and Beckett that he's from the future and reveals that they will eventually end up married with three children. Here's hoping!
Beauty and the Beast
Catherine finally found out from Heather that her dad isn't really her dad, and there's an evil new beast named Sebastian who has a kill list and everyone should be worried. Sebastian almost pushes her down an elevator shaft, but Vincent saves her in the nick of time, but their couple status is still complicated as Cat tells hims he needs space.
Homeland
After getting out of the mental ward, Carrie decides she will help out the terrorist organization and help track down how the CIA was able to pull off the hit in the season premiere. However, in a twist ending, she goes to Saul's house and it's revealed that this was their plan all along to drive Javadi out of hiding.
Revenge
Conrad survived the car crash, and he also finally discovered that he doesn't have Huntington's disease. But it's revealed that someone tampered with the brakes. Emily is so mad at Daniel for helping Conrad cover up his involvement in the accident that she lets it publically slip that Daniel got a DUI. Daniel in turn gets so mad at her he moves out to the South Fork Inn. Meanwhile, Nolan and Patrick finally kiss!
The Walking Dead
The bird and/or swine flu disease is still going around and in just one night about 15 jailhouse residents are turned, including Karen. Tyreese discovers her dead body later on in the episode when he goes to bring his love flowers.
Once Upon a Time
We learned via flashback that Rumple and Pan grew up "incredibly close," but now the lad's "darker and more repulsive" than anyone should be exposed to. No one can leave Neverland without Pan's permission. And in addition to leaving secret messages, Squid ink can also immobilize someone with just a single touch.
In the present day, Rumple and Neal reunited on the island and used the ink to freeze Pan and then took out the Lost Boys with a sleeping spell. Just as Neal and his sleeping son were about to meet up with Emma and the group, that super sneaky Pan caught up with him. In the final moments of the episode Henry finally woke up and said to Pan that he "dreamed" that he heard his dead father's voice.
Scandal
Huck tells Olivia that her father still "owns" him. Later, Jake tells Olivia he's still alive because he just thought of her face while stuck in the hole, but Olivia knows that her Rowan will find a way to use Jake against her.
White Collar
Agent Diana Berrigan revealed she was pregnant in the season five premiere and Neal promised the Dutchman to become his go-to criminal in order to get Peter out of jail.
The Vampire Diaries
Tessa said that "Destiny has been trying to get the doppelgangers together forever", meaning Stefan and Elena are literally made for each other. But Damon is ready to give destiny a proper fight, telling Elena, "You are my life." As if all this wasn't enough, the episode ends with Stefan losing his memory.
Grey's Anatomy
Meredith is a little rusty coming off of her maternity leave and Cristina doesn't go easy on her, even replacing her in a surgery with Bailey. Later, Mer takes her frustration out on the wrong person and goes off on Derek.
Nashville
Tandy discovered that it was her father Lamar had their mother killed all those years ago because he found out that she was planning on leaving him.
