What to Expect: Kristin Kreuk dishes that fans can expect an "achingly romantic" season premiere, adding "The show's pace is going up this season, so a lot is happening." Jay Ryan teases that Ben & Jerry's ice cream "sales will go up 99 percent" after the premiere, so prepare yourselves now VinCat fans!
The Big Bang Theory (CBS)

What to Expect: You may think that being stuck on a scientist-filled ship in the North Sea for four months would be torture, but Leonard is having the drunken time of his life! Bones (Fox)
When to Watch: Monday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: Though fans were left devastated when Booth abandoned Brennan in the finale (It was big bad Pelant's fault!), creator Hart Hanson assures, "We're not fooling you, they will get married this season." Plus, Freddie Prinze Jr. is set to guest as a blast from Booth's past.
The Carrie Diaries (The CW)
When to Watch: Friday, Oct. 25 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: What's fabulous about season two? The introduction of Samantha Jones, set to be played by newcomer Lindsey Gort, who says the new season will be "sexier." As for fans' introduction to a young Samantha, she teases, "It is a surprising way to meet Samantha. I don't think people would expect to see her in this place in her life because it's such a far cry from where people know Samantha Jones to be."
Chicago Fire (NBC)
When to Watch: Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 10 p.m.
What to Expect: The season-two premiere will take place several weeks after the season-one finale. Severide will have a new woman in his life (but there's a twist to it), and Casey will be attempting to move on after the death of Hallie by befriending some young children.
Criminal Minds (CBS)
When to Watch: Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: Star Joe Mantegna will direct his first episode of the longrunning drama, which will reveal more about the characters' backstories. "There may be some more secrets that are unveiled," Mantegna teases. Kirsten Vangsness adds, "We're going to start doing some origins stories."
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS)
When to Watch: Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 10 p.m.
What to Expect: Titled "The Devil and D.B. Russell", the premiere episodes sends the CSI team on a frantic chase to rescue Morgan (Elisabeth Harnois) and Ellie Brass (Teal Redmann), who have been kidnapped by a seriously scary ritualistic killer. Just look at that photo from the premiere episode and that's all the proof you need.
Elementary (CBS)
When to Watch: Thursday, Sept. 26 at 10 p.m.
What to Expect: London calling! The season-two premiere will take place in London as Sherlock (Jonny Lee Miller) and Watson (Lucy Liu) try and track down Sherlock's old mentor to help them investigate an unsolved mystery. Plus, Rhys Ifans guest stars as Sherlock's estranged brother, Mycroft.
Glee (Fox)
When to Watch: Thursday, Sept. 26 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
What to Expect: Jumping right into the two-part Beatles tribute, fans can expect a proposal, a Broadway decision, a prom queen diva debacle and Demi Lovato playing a sexy new love interest for Santana. Looking ahead, we've exclusively learned Amber Riley (Mercedes), Harry Shum Jr. (Mike Chang), Mark Salling (Puck) and Jayma Mays (Emma) all will appear in the Cory/Finn tribute along with Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Bieste), Kurt's father Mike O'Malley (Burt Hummel) and of course, Finn's mother Romy Rosemont (Carole Hudson-Hummel).
The Good Wife (CBS)
When to Watch: Sunday, Sept 25 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: We've seen scenes from the season premiere, and the only phrase to describe Alicia (Julianna Margulies) returning to the firm after accepting Cary's (Matt Czuchry) offer to join his new firm is awkwardly tense. Or the calm before the storm, if you will. "The stories this season are very explosive," executive producer Marlene King said during the Summer TCA press tour. "It's more about our team. It's basically a year about civil war."
Grimm (NBC)
When to Watch: Friday, Oct. 25 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: When Grimm returns, the series will have a dangerous new twist: What happens when the hunter becomes the hunted? Now that Nick (David Giuntoli) has officially been transformed into what can best be described as a zombie, it's up to Hank (Russell Hornsby), Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and newly-out-of-the-dark Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) to save him, while trying their best not to kill him in the process.
Hart of Dixie (The CW)
When to Watch: Monday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: A whole lot of handsome guest stars are coming to woo the ladies of Bluebell! Jaime King tells us Robert Buckley's character Pete is "unlike any man Lemon has ever encountered." Swoon! Meanwhile Zade fans are going to throw a fit because Wilson Bethel is not too happy to see Josh Cooke's "connection" to Zoe. Oh and the fact that Zoe didn't call him for three months was a pretty bitchy thing for her to do.
Hawaii Five-O (CBS)
When to Watch: Friday, Sept. 27 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: Armed men take over the Five-0 headquarters in the season-four premiere, compromising Kono and Adam's secret location in Hong Kong. Guest star Chi McBride is called to the scene as SWAT captain Lou Grover and McGarrett is forced into one of the most difficult positions of his career in order to rescues Catherine.
How I Met Your Mother (CBS)
When to Watch: Monday Sept. 23 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: The wedding is finally here—and it's going to last all season! HIMYM Creator Craig Thomas tells us that fans are going to have the opportunity to get to know the mother way before Ted (Josh Radnor) will. Co-creator Carter Bays adds, "We're seeing a ton of people that we've met over the past few years and bringing back all these family members." We will definitely be seeing Barney's brother played by Wayne Brady.
Law & Order: SVU (NBC)
When to Watch: Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9:00 p.m.
What to Expect: The two-hour premiere will pick up right where the season-14 finale left off, with Detective Benson trapped in the clutches of the demented rapist and murderer Lewis. Can they get to her in time? The SVU team will definitely have trouble rescuing Olivia, and it will definitely be no walk in the park for her to survive her captivity.
The Mentalist
When to Watch: Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10 p.m.
What to Expect: series creator Bruno Heller promises that the upcoming season will be "the most dramatic and game changing season and anything can happen." Season six is also all about finding out the identity of Red John, and the premiere episode will find Jane and Lisbon secretly trying to smoke him out. The network has promised that Red John will be revealed by the end of 2013, so they probably still have a long way to go.
The Mindy Project (Fox)
When to Watch: Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 9:30 p.m.
What to Expect: FRANCO. Yes, James Franco is guest-starring in two eps as Mindy's replacement at the practice, former model Dr. Leotard. Also set to join season two? Happy Endings' Adam Pally as another new doc, It's Always Sunny's Glenn Howerton and Justified star Timothy Olyphant as Mindy's new love interests. It's good to be Mindy Kaling, no?
Modern Family (ABC)
When to Watch: Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: Not that DOMA has been deemed unconstitutional; it's time for Cam and Mitchell to start talking about tying the knot! Julie Bowen promises us the issue will be addressed right away in the season premiere. "We address gay marriage," she says. " We're still just looking for the laugh, and we do get some of our best laughs I think in the first episode from the gay marriage thing. Appropriate, inappropriate, the whole shebang."
Nashville (ABC)
When to Watch: Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 10 p.m.
What to Expect: Rayna is clinging to life after the season-one car crash, and Juliette has the audacity to be annoyed by it. Expect that rivalry to be even worse after Rayna comes out of the coma. Plus, there's a new engagement and new love triangle approaching, and Rayna is getting a new love interest!
NCIS (CBS)
When to Watch: Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: No more Ziva! Yes, Cote de Pablo is set to exit the hit CBS series after the premiere, with the series casting a new leading lady named Bishop to fill the void. Still, fans of "Tiva" (aka Tony and Ziva) won' be disappointed, with Michael Weatherly teasing, "Weatherly assures us that "Tiva" fans will not be disappointed, saying, "Woah, you're going to have butterflies in your stomach; woah, you're going to be happy!"
NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS)
When to Watch: Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: Titled "Ascension", the season-five premiere of the NCIS spinoff finds Sam and Deeks struggling to move on after last season's torture situation, and it turns out they're not out of the danger zone quite yet. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is searching for stolen nuclear weapons.
New Girl (Fox)
When to Watch: Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: Now that Jess and Nick are escaping on a romantic getaway to Mexico, but in true New Girl fashion, there are problemas with the law. So it's Winston and Schmidt to the rescue! Speaking of Schmidt, Merrit Weaver will be returning this season and executive producer Brett Baer tells us that our favorite douchebag will definitely have to make a decision between Elizabeth and Cece—and it'll be by the end of the season premiere!
Once Upon a Time (ABC)
When to Watch: Sunday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m.
What to Expect: JoAnna Garcia will be swimming on to OUAT as our highly-awaited underwater princess Ariel, while Rose McIver will don sparkly wings as Tinkerbell. Both of these ladies will make their magical debuts in Neverland, a place that the Once creators describe to us as "a place that makes you confront your past. It's sort of the heart of darkness." And unlike the stories we knew growing up Peter Pan is "a man we should all be frightened of." Yikes!
