The Big Apple is his stomping grounds these days, but our fave political satirist (sorry, Colbert) was raised in Lawrenceville.
6. Jon Bon Jovi
Born in Sayreville, everyone's favorite awesomely '80s rock star is a Jersey boy through and through. If anything, his teased mane should have given it away.
7. Bruce Springsteen
How could we not pick The Boss?! Bruce bleeds New Jersey and with his "Born in the USA" attitude even makes it seem kinda cool.
8. Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin
The man has walked on the freaking moon. What more do you need? Besides him being on a competitive dancing show, of course.
9. Chelsea Handler
OK, so maybe we're biased, but the best-selling author and host of E!'s Chelsea Lately is one of our favorite Jersey girls. Born in Livingston, she's plenty proud...that she moved away.
