A Los Angeles Superior Court judge signs off on Sheen and Mueller's divorce, but it won't become official until May 2—per California law a divorce isn't finalized until six months after a party files the paperwork. However, just week's later, Mueller and the twins are living with the star while the threesome are in between homes.

Anderson later threatens to sue the actor for battery and false imprisonment and Sheen, in turn, threatens to file a countersuit agins Anderson for extortion. Neither party files, though, and they reportedly settle out of court.
