Courtney Love's 19th century, $324,000 a year Manhattan townhouse has gotten her into a bit of a pickle. The Hole frontwoman is being taken to court by the building's owner for reportedly not paying $54,000 in rent and for painting and wallpapering "significant portions" of the inside without permission.
