OMG! Dr. Nassif literally had to break this patient's nose in order to fix it. Talk about cringe-worthy!
Yanking Implants
We totally cringed when Dr. Terry Dubrow forcefully pulled out Janice Dickinson's 30-year-old implants from her breasts! OUCH!
Flashing Vaginas
When Kimber James met with Dr. Paul, Dr. Alter and Dr. Terry, she was explaining how she wanted her vagina to look after surgery. Then, all of the sudden, her BFF stood up and flashed her vagina to the doctors and the camera! We were NOT expecting that!

Awwwwkward. This one-on-one vaginal explantation with Dr. Dubrow was just plain awkward and uncomfortable.

Unreal. This Botched patient literally grabbed the implants in her butt and flipped them over. Cringe isn't even a strong enough word for what we felt when watching this.
Singing Toby
While this moment wasn't bloody or gross, it was totally cringe-worthy. Toby Sheldon, who spent over $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber, stepped into the recording studio and we couldn't even handle what we heard.
Moving Vaginas
Now this is just plain wrong. One of the most gruesome moments yet was seeing Desiree's "coochie" on her stomach. How does that even happen?!?

When Dr. Dubrow makes his deep incisions, we are so fascinated but totally cringing. Ugh!
