Here Are The Starbucks Frappuccino Flavors That Didn't Make The Cut
Starbucks just came out with six new Frappucino flavors, including cotton candy, red velvet, and cupcake! While those flavors might not sound terribly diverse, Starbucks did take some other, less cakey flavors into consideration. Here are the Starbucks Frappuccino flavors that, unfortunately, didn't make it onto their menu.
METAL
Starbucks knows that nothing offsets the heat better than the cooling properties of metal. Apparently they modeled the flavor off of a cat food tin...and the focus groups loved it! Mercury poisoning was really hot this year. So we're suprised this flavor didn't make it.
Wet Hair
Sound refreshing? YES. And on an aesthetic level...stunning. But there was so much argument over whether to use dog hair or human hair hair that they never really nailed down the flavor. Too bad. It would have gone great with their blueberry scones.
death of a distant relative
Whether your great uncle Hal passed away seven years ago, or even last week, Death of A Distant Relative would have triggered some pretty vague memories. And insulin. (See nutritional menu.)
