Notorious Survivor schemer Richard Hatch will be missing out on the live finale of Celebrity Apprentice, in which he's competing for charity, after surrendering Monday to U.S. marshals to begin serving a nine-month prison term in Rhode Island for tax evasion.

It looks like the courts have spoken!
