Delta Air Lines Offers $30,000 to Toronto Plane Crash Passengers

Delta Air Lines is offering $30,000 to passengers who were aboard Delta Flight 4819 after it crash landed and flipped upside down at Toronto Pearson International Airport Feb. 17.
