Taylor Frankie Paul is grappling with the realities of coparenting.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star shared a vulnerable post seemingly referring to her break up with Dakota Mortensen, with whom she shares 9-month-old son Ever True, and how she’s navigating being away from her son on his first Christmas.

“Chaos to pure silence,” the Tiktoker—also mom to daughter Indy, 7, and son Ocean, 4, with ex-husband Tate Paulwrote over a tearful video. “Wouldn’t wish this pain upon anyone, if you’re there take a drive, scream, cry, feel the pain, because I promise avoiding it will make it much worse.”

She captioned the post, “I was told you got through this once, you’ll get through it again,” alongside hashtags for loss, relationships and coparenting.

For his part, Dakota shared a clip with Ever as he opened his first Christmas gift, captioning the post, “He is the only gift I’ll ever need in my life. I love being a dad.”

And when a fan commented on Taylor’s post referencing Dakota’s video, Taylor replied, “Just happy he can have his day with him.”

Plus, she has a whole legion of support behind her, from fans and friends alike.

Among the influx of supportive comments were notes from costars Mayci Neeley and Mikayla Matthews, who each shared their love for Taylor.

Back in September, the reality star confirmed that while she and Dakota had broken up, she wasn’t sure what lay in her future.

"I would say we’re working on things, and I actually have no idea where it goes with us from here," she told Us Weekly at the time. "We are not fully together, but not fully done. I don’t know what the future holds with him and I."

Taylor added, "It’s just a lot. I’m trying to cope."

Then, one month later, some of her social media posts had fans wondering if the pair had reconciled. In addition to a picture of the pair looking cozy at a gun range shared to her Instagram Story, on Oct. 21 Taylor shared—and then subsequently deleted—a quote that read, “Due to personal reasons, I'll be back with the same man I said I'm done with.”

And amid the growing fan speculation, Taylor shared a cryptic video which read, “She is such an unstable back and forth mess."
