Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez know how to step out in style.
And their latest evening in New York City was no different. After all, the longtime pals proved they were fashion icons as they spent a girls' night out at Monkey Bar.
For the May 31 outing, Taylor arrived in an all-black Gucci ensemble embellished with a silver sequined border along the tank top's neckline and the hemline of the miniskirt. She completed her look with a signature red lip, diamond earrings, a black purse and silver metallic pumps.
But the real showstopper? The Grammy winner sported her custom Wove x Michelle Wie West diamond tennis bracelet adorned with the letters "TNT"—a tribute to her boyfriend Travis Kelce, who gifted it to her and has a matching one.
Meanwhile, Selena also opted for a monochromatic look, arriving in a brown Ulla Johnson suit, Khaite halter top and metallic Larroude heels. While she arrived in subtle gold hoops, her shining engagement ring from fiancé Benny Blanco was on full display.
Taylor and Selena had plenty to celebrate as the former had announced that she had purchased the master recordings of her first six albums just one day before.
"All of the music I've ever made… now belongs… to me," she wrote in a letter published on her website May 30. "All my music videos. And all the concert films. The album art and photography. The unreleased songs. The memories. The magic. The madness. Every single era. My entire life's work."
Indeed, after a yearslong battle trying to obtain the masters for Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Reputation, Taylor—who went on to release rerecorded albums for all except Taylor Swift and Reputation—emphasized that her "greatest dream" had come true.
As she put it, "All I've ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard enough to one day purchase my masters outright with no strings attached, no partnership, with full autonomy."
As Taylor celebrated her milestone while out with Selena, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum also shared her support on her Instagram Stories, writing, "Yes you did that Tay. So proud!"
