Mom and dad are breaking free for date night.
Four months after welcoming their first baby together, Vanessa Hudgens and husband Cole Tucker enjoyed a night out on the town as they celebrated his fellow MLB player Jordan Luplow’s wedding to Holli Wynns.
Indeed, the High School Musical alum and her husband of nearly a year looked happier than ever in their glimpse from the evening. In the snap, Vanessa, who rocked a strapless dress with a leather jacket around her arms, playfully stuck out her tongue out for the camera, while Cole, 28, flashed the peace sign behind her. As she captioned her Nov. 24 post, “Call for a good time.”
Vanessa and Cole welcomed their first baby earlier this year and since their arrival, the first-time parents have kept details such as the baby’s name and sex out of the spotlight. The pair have also kept their baby off social media. But that hasn’t stopped the Second Act star from giving her followers a look at her life as a mom.
Earlier this month, Vanessa shared a brief glimpse of her life in her latest role. In a Nov. 4 photo dump filled with mirror selfies the “Sneaker Night” singer wrote, “Miss rarely takes pics anymore.”
The East High Wildcats family has continued to grow as Vanessa and fellow HSM alum, Ashley Tisdale revealed they were expecting babies at the same time. Ashley, who is married to Christopher French, welcomed her daughter Emerson, two months after Vanessa gave birth. In addition, Ashley and Christopher are parents of daughter Jupiter, 3.
Amid their motherhood journeys, Vanessa—who married Cole in December 2023—and Ashley have been met with support from their HSM costars, including Monique Coleman.
“I have not met their children yet but I’m so excited to see them become moms,” Monique told E! News’ Francesa Amiker in October. “And I’m just so excited for all of us, watching us grow up through the years."
But Monique wasn’t the only one soaring with happiness over their costars’ latest chapters. Indeed, Vanessa’s ex-boyfriend and costar Zac Efron also shared his reaction to their new roles.
"They're gonna be the best moms ever," Zac told Access Hollywood at the A Family Affair premiere June 13. "Those girls, are you kidding me? We're gonna have some fun family reunions coming up."
