Nick Cannon was booked and busy this Thanksgiving.
Indeed, as a dad of 12, the Wild ‘n Out comedian anticipated many stops in order to see all 12 of his children on Turkey Day.
“It's very complicated. I'm a busy man on Thanksgiving,” Nick told People in an interview published Nov. 28, noting that he’ll attend “a bunch of dinners” that he has “got to go to.”
But the 44-year-old noted he would be sure to leave each destination satisfied thanks to his family’s knock-out cooking.
“I'm going to be full by the end of the day, but everybody specializes in certain things,” he explained. “Some people got good sweet potato pie, some people got amazing fried turkey. So I know every house that needs to have the things that I really like.”
These days, Nick is dad to 13-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; Golden Sagon, 7, Powerful Queen, 3, and Rise Messiah, 2, with Brittany Bell; 3-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, as well as daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, 2, with Abby De La Rosa; and son Legendary Love, 2, with Bre Tiesi.
He also shares daughter Onyx Ice, 2, with LaNisha Cole; and Halo Marie, 23 months, and late son Zen with Alyssa Scott.
But going out of his way to get some sweet family time wasn’t the only way Nick enjoyed the holiday. The Masked Singer host spent the day before Thanksgiving serving over 4,000 meals, giving away more than 2,000 clothing items and handing out free haircuts alongside other celebs at the Nov. 27 L.A. Mission Thanksgiving charity event.
“The best part about any holiday is to be able to be of service,” he shared. “And that's what I feel like life is really about. When you can get to a space where you have more fun being of service and doing for others, I think that's when you reach the zenith of what life is all about.”
For Nick, life is also all about being the best dad he can be to his ever-expanding broad. Case in point? We can look no further than Halloween when he entered dad mode to the tenth degree as he sported four different Halloween costumes to make his kids’ day.
For a Super Mario World themed bash, The Misfits actor dressed up as Bowser while Abby dressed as Princess Peach. To top off this adorable family costume, the duo’s sons Zion and Zillion dressed as Mario and Luigi while Beautiful channeled a mini version of her mom’s outfit.
Later, at a lucha libre-inspired event, Nick and his two sons dressed as wrestlers, but this time they were joined by his and Bre’s son, Legendary.
For trick-or-treating, the comic suited up in an epic gold and red Iron Man costume, while Legendary dressed up as Batman and Bre wore a silver wig and latex to channel Storm.
As the cherry on top of spooky season, Nick kicked back with his oldest children, Moroccan and Monroe, at the Nights of the Jack experience in matching pumpkin sweaters.
"We saw a little bit of everything out there," Nick said in a vlog posted on Oct. 31. "Posing for pictures, hanging with the kids, enjoying the music."
He added, "We had a great night!"

However, just five months after the arrival of their son, Nick shared the devastating news that Zen had passed away from brain cancer. "Alyssa was just the strongest woman I have ever seen," he said on the Dec. 7 episode of The Nick Cannon Show. "Never had an argument, never was angry. She was emotional when she needed to be but was always the best mom and continues to be the best mom possible. So I've got to say thank you to my entire family but specifically to Alyssa."
"You never know what someone is going through," he added. "Hug your family. Kiss somebody. Tell them you love them."
Child No. 8: Legendary Love Cannon
Model Bre Tiesi welcomed her first child with Nick on June 28, 2022. The baby boy weighed 8 pounds and 10 ounces at birth.
"I did it. An all natural unmedicated home birth," Bre shared in a July 2022 Instagram post. "This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can't thank my team enough for delivering my son safely."
Child No. 9: Onyx Ice Cole Cannon
Nick and model LaNisha Cole welcomed a daughter on Sept. 14, 2022.
Child No. 10: Rise Messiah Cannon
Brittany gave birth to her third child with Nick on Sept. 23, 2022.

Abby gave birth to a baby girl, her third child with Nick, in November 2022.

Alyssa gave birth to her and Nick's daughter on Dec. 14, 2022.
The model shared an Instagram video showing the Wild 'n Out star helping to deliver their baby. "Our lives are forever changed," she wrote. "Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us. He shows me signs everyday. I will hold onto this memory forever."
She continued, "I will remember the sound of Nicks voice saying 'it's a girl' and the look of everything we've been through flash across his face. I will remember the sound of her crying out with her first breath and feeling her heartbeat against mine. My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon!"
