Madison De La Garza is thinking of her late baby girl.

Seven months after the Desperate Housewives alum’s daughter Xiomara died during an emergency cesarean section, she’s honoring her newborn with a sweet tattoo.

In her April 22 Instagram Stories, Madison—younger half-sister of Demi Lovato—shared a photo of “XO” tattooed on her palm. There’s also a small heart resting between the two bold letters, and she confirmed the permanent design was “for her baby girl” with a white heart emoji.

Madison, 23, announced her daughter’s death in October. At the time, she revealed that she and boyfriend Ryan Mitchell—who first shared their pregnancy news in early September—said goodbye to their baby girl the month prior.

“On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency C-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first time and last time,” Madison wrote on Instagram at the time. “Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven. Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl.”

Demi, 32, expressed her love in the comments section of her sister’s post, describing her niece as “an angel in every sense of the word.” The Disney alum also shared Madison’s post on her Instagram Stories at the time, further extending her condolences.

“RIP to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful I got to hold you. I'll forever be your auntie. I love you so much @maddelagarza.”

The “Skyscraper” singer wasn’t the only family member that mourned Xiomara, as the siblings’ older sister Dallas Lovato, 36, also dedicated a heartbreaking poem to her niece.

“Baby girl Xiomara, I miss you everyday / I’ll take good care of your mom, so you can fly away," she wrote in the comments section. “Watch over us and guide us and give us little signs / One day we’ll come and see you, it just might take some time / Not a single day will pass without you in our hearts / I wish we got more time together before you had to depart.”
