Demi Lovato is supporting her sister through the hard times.

The "Fast" singer shared a caring message for Madison De La Garza after the Desperate Housewives alum posted an emotional tribute to her late daughter Xiomara—who she shared with boyfriend Ryan Mitchell—on the first anniversary of her death.

"i love u so much," Demi wrote under her little sister's Sept. 27 Instagram post. "u r so strong and xo is always with u. happy birthday sweet angel."

Madison, who lost her baby girl during an emergency cesarean section last September, commemorated the somber occasion by posting a photo of herself at Xiomara's tombstone.

"happy heavenly 1st birthday my angel," she captioned the picture on Instagram. "mommy and daddy love you sweet baby Xiomara."

The 23-year-old first shared the devastating news last October, a month after her unimaginable loss.

"On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency C-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first time and last time," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven. Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl."

Demi and her then-fiancé Jutes—whom she married in May—were among those grieving with Ryan and Madison, with the “Skyscraper” singer penning an emotional message of her own.

"RIP to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara," she wrote on her Instagram Stories. "I'm so grateful I got to hold you. I'll forever be your auntie. I love you so much @maddelagarza."

She also commented under the post, writing, "I love you so much Xiomara. An angel in every sense of the word. I'll be your auntie forever."

Jutes (real name Jordan Lutes) also expressed his support for his sister-in-law and late neice.

"I love you so much," he commented. "Rest easy baby angel Xiomara."

Earlier that fall, after Madison shared the news of her pregnancy, Demi had emphasized the importance of family over everything else.

"Family is very valued to me," she told E! News in September 2024. "I value family and friends over success any day."
