Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are keeping their finances separate.
The Oscar winner filed for divorce from the country singer Sept. 30 following 19 years of marriage, and according to the petition obtained by E! News, the former couple have opted out of sending each other spousal support going forward.
"Neither party shall pay any amount and/or form of alimony or spousal support to the other," the filing stated. "All alimony and spousal support claims are hereby forever waived by the parties."
And that's not the only area in which Nicole and Keith—who share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14—have decided to keep their money separate. The pair have also chosen not to provide each other child support, with the documents stating that the total amount ordered by both parties to assist with childcare is $0.
Additionally, the filing said that both Nicole, 58, and Keith, 57, will keep the cars titled in each of their names and have come to a mutual agreement when it comes to divvying up "household furniture, furnishings, appliances, art, and other items of personal property."
"Each party is awarded his or her own clothing, jewelry and personal items," the document added, "free and clear of any and all claims of the other party."
As for custody of their two kids, Nicole—who is also mom to Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with ex-husband Tom Cruise—asked to be the "primary presidential parent," per the divorce filing, proposing that Sunday and Faith spend 306 days a year with their mother and 59 days with their father. Both stars signed off on the Parenting Plan weeks ago.
E! News reached out to reps for Nicole and Keith for comment but has not heard back.
One day before Nicole filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences," E! confirmed that she and Keith had called it quits after 20 years together and that the pair had been living separately since the beginning of the summer, which is when the Grammy winner began his world tour.
And while Nicole has since taken a major step to legally end their relationship, E! also learned that the Big Little Lies actress didn't initially want to part ways with Keith and had been working to save their marriage while they resided in separate Nashville homes.
Indeed, Nicole has previously spoken out on how important she thinks standing beside your partner during difficult times is to fostering a strong connection.
“Real love happens not when everything is going well but when things are going badly,” she told People in 2019. “It’s when human beings come together, if they’re going to, in a far deeper way. You’re then having to work together, and the ‘together’ is what it’s about."
