Rip Torn

Tanked: Police won't be releasing the mug shot from the Men in Black actor's most recent bust—the one where he got caught allegedly under the influence and carrying a gun in a bank—but this one from a previous DUI bust will have to do.

Brooke Mueller

Sniffed Out: Arrests on Sept. 13, 1996, and March 19, 2001, in Florida. In her first bust, on DUI charges, the future Mrs. Charlie Sheen admits to using cocaine and marijuana, drinking wine and taking Vicodin. The party girl real estate investor is nabbed again for possession of the white stuff five years later. Another kind of snow figures in her latest troubles when her actor hubby is arrested in Aspen on an alleged domestic abuse charge.

Michael Lohan

Charged: Lindsay's daddy dearest is arrested Dec. 14 for violating an order of protection and is charged with criminal contempt in the second degree—a misdemeanor. Soulja Boy

Rapped: On Oct. 7, 2009, the rapper is busted on a charge of misdemeanor obstruction after fleeing an abandoned Atlanta home with 40 of his closest, rabble-rousing friends. He claims they were assembled to shoot a music video. The lack of lighting, film equipment and fact that they hightailed it off the premises at the first sight of a uniform led police to believe otherwise.

Randy & Evi Quaid

Busted: On Sept. 24, 2009, after repeated attempts at a quiet resolution from hotel managers, the couple is arrested on felony charges of defrauding an innkeeper, conspiracy and burglary for skipping out on a more than $10,000 bill at the San Ysidro Ranch. Both were freed on $20,000 bail, when they publicly—and bizarrely—began to proclaim their innocence. If only that  "Do Not Disturb" sign went both ways.

Burned: When you work as a spy (or an actor playing one on Burn Notice), the worst thing you can do is drive after downing "three drinks at the Fontainebleau" in Miami—especially when your impairment causes you to "miss the red light"...and almost rear-end the cop stopped at it.
