9-1-1 (Monday, Sept. 23 on Fox)
The third season begins with quite the emergency for the first responders of 9-1-1 when the Santa Monica Pier gets smashed with a tsunami. That's the focus of episodes two and three. Look for Ronda Rousey to join the cast in a recurring role as a firefighter—she's already encountered her own emergency when she almost lost a finger on set.
A Million Little Things (Thursday, Sept. 26 on ABC)
Jason Ritter will join the cast for a multi-episode arc as someone with ties to Maggie's mom. His arrival will change everything for Maggie. The first episode features Delilah in labor and Eddie feeling the need to tell Katherine the truth about being the baby's father. Gary and Maggie struggle with living together post-cancer, and Rome and Regina are at odds over a baby of their own. Chandler Riggs, Melora Hardin, Drea de Matteo and James Tupper will also return.
All American (Monday, Oct. 7 on The CW)
What's a football star to do? Spencer (Daniel Ezra) has to choose between staying in Beverly Hills or following his dad back to South Crenshaw. Plus, Billy (Taye Diggs) appears to have just quit teaching at Beverly, and he might be the father of Spencer's little brother.
"It gets really wild, and we go to some pretty dark places, which is what I was looking forward to," Ezra told us of the season to come.

American Housewife (Friday, September 27 on ABC)
The Ottos are selling their minivan and if you don't think that's going to be an emotional roller coaster, where have you even been?
Arrow (Tuesday, Oct. 15 on The CW)
All you have to do is look at this photo of Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Tommy (Colin Donnell) to know that some crazy things are going down in this 10-episode final season, after Oliver took off with the Monitor. Even Moira Queen is back!
Amell tells us that "every episode is kind of an event," and that while this year's epic crossover officially starts in episode eight of Arrow, it really started in the season seven finale.
Black Lightning (Monday, October 7 on The CW)
War is coming, thanks to the Markovians, who have decided Freeland is a threat. And that's pretty much where we're at heading into season three, though now we've also got a fascinating other thing to consider: For the first time, Black Lightning is joining the Arrowverse to join the crossover later this year. Whether that means any changes for Freeland has yet to be seen.
Bless This Mess (Tuesday, September 24 on ABC)
It's football time, and Mike and Rio are tasked with hosting the town's Huskers kickoff party. Things go awry when Rio loses Portia the lucky racing pig, which sounds just about right. The show will also be delving deeper into the lives of the town's residents, beyond just Mike and Rio's shenanigans.
Black-ish (Tuesday, Sept. 24 on ABC)
After a summer of change (including the birth of a spinoff), the Johnsons have a new engagement to deal with when Pops (Laurence Fishburne) reveals he's getting married. Junior also has a new job doing social media for Migos and honestly the kids in this family are way too cool. Anthony Anderson says the season is "funny, exciting, and dramatic," and says there will be "a lot" of crossover with Grown-ish this season. Not so much with Mixed-ish, but maaaaybe we could see young Dre someday.
The Blacklist (Friday, Oct. 4 on NBC)
We last saw Red (James Spader) meet up with the legendary and presumed dead Katarina Rostova (Laila Robbins) before she kissed him, sedated him, and left him on the ground to be picked up by a mysterious van.
"The season ended last year in crisis, and the season opens this year in even worse crisis," Spader says (in a sneak peek coming soon to E! News). Katarina's here and she's changing everything.

Charmed (Friday, Oct. 11 on The CW)
Charmed is going in a bit of a new direction in season two thanks to its new showrunners, Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro, which means less family dynamic and more supernatural stories. There's certainly something worrying happening in the attic in this pic from the premiere, titled "Safe Space."
Chicago Fire (Wednesday, Sept. 25 on NBC)
The mattress factory fire is out of control, with the team putting everything on the line in hopes to get everyone out alive. The premiere jumps right back into those flames, and honestly...prepare yourselves.
Chicago PD (Wednesday, Sept. 25 on NBC)
Suspicions turn to Voight and tensions rise in the Intelligence Unit after Kelton's murder. "With the Intelligence team down a couple of members, we have the opportunity to shuffle some of the usual partnerships around and I think viewers will enjoy the new dynamic," Rick Eid told us. "This season we also welcome a talented roster of reoccurring guest stars in the first few episodes, including Paul Adelstein, Lisseth Chavez and Michael Beach."
The Conners (Tuesday, Sept. 24 on ABC)
Picking up where last season left off, Johnny Galecki will return to the series as David. Will he and Darlene work things out? Katey Sagal could return to the show in a big way as Louise, a potential love interest for Dan. Plus, Becky's giving birth, but when does a TV birth ever go perfectly?
Dynasty (Friday, Oct. 11 on The CW)
Meet yet another new Cristal. Daniella Alonso is taking over for Ana Brenda Contreras in the role of Blake's new wife Cristal (not to be confused with his other wife, Cristal, who died in a fire). Season two ended with bodies found, people framed, and Liam hit over the head, so naturally season three's got some drama to deal with, especially as we finally get to see Alexis' new non-Fallon face.
Empire (Tuesday, Sept. 24 on Fox)
It's all coming to an end. Season six begins with Lyon family scattered. Lucious is on the run and Cookie is finding success on her own. At the end of the day, they'll have to reunite to survive.

The Flash (Tuesday, Oct. 8 on The CW)
New showrunner Eric Wallace tells us the premiere picks up "mere seconds" after Barry and Iris lost Nora, leaving them to deal with a new disaster while they're still mourning. "As season six continues, this leads to an even larger dilemma for Barry. Because he'll also have the threat of the approaching Crisis on Infinite Earths looming over him while he attempts to take down this year's big villain, a dark foe who is his most terrifying adversary yet."
Fresh Off the Boat (Friday, September 27 on ABC)
Prepare for awkward: Evan's got some feelings after watching Brandi Chastain rip off her jersey to celebrate her winning goal in the World Cup, and now his brothers have to give him "the talk." Meanwhile, Jessica and Honey learn what it means to be best friends.
God Friended Me (Sunday, Sept. 29 on CBS)
Miles was about to finally make things happen with Cara when the God account threw Joy (Jessica Lu) into his life, so the second premiere, titled "Joy," is all about figuring out what that means and what she's supposed to do with her newfound God friendship. Plus, we still have no idea who "God" actually is, so that mystery is still afoot.
